What this website collects, why, who receives it, and the choices you have. Written plainly, and limited to what the site actually does.
Who we are
This website is run by HYRA Connect, a vertical of Xunaris Technologies, at Prestige Tech Park Platina 2, 11th Floor, Outer Ring Road, Kadubeesanahalli, Bengaluru 560103, India. You can reach us at info@hyraconnect.com.
This page covers the website at hyraconnect.com. If you apply for a role or use the HYRA Connect portal, the notice at hirex.hyraconnect.com/privacy applies to that.
What we collect, and why
- The contact form. Your name, company, email, country, phone number, the service you are interested in, how you heard about us, and your message. We use them to reply to you and to understand your requirement. They are saved in our database and emailed to our team.
- The chat assistant (“Ask Hyra”). Your messages are sent to Google’s Gemini service to write a reply from approved information about HYRA Connect. If you choose to leave your details for our team, they are emailed to us. To stop abuse and control cost, we limit how many messages one visitor can send, using a scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address and message times. Your conversation history stays in your own browser for the visit, up to 20 messages.
- Analytics, only if you accept. If you choose “Accept analytics”, Google Analytics records which pages are viewed and general information about your device, browser and approximate location. We have turned on IP anonymisation.
- Fonts. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google’s servers, which receive your IP address.
- Open roles. The Careers page loads the list of open roles from our careers portal. No personal data is sent for this.
Cookies and similar storage
When you first visit, we ask whether you accept analytics cookies. Analytics does not load until you accept. You can change your choice at any time with “Cookie settings” in the footer. The site and the chat assistant work without analytics.
- hyra_cookie_choice (kept in your browser): remembers your analytics choice.
- Chat history (kept in your browser for the visit): lets the assistant continue the conversation as you move between pages.
- hyra_loader_shown (kept in your browser for the visit): remembers that the opening animation has played.
- Google Analytics cookies, starting with _ga (only after you accept): count visits and pages.
Who else receives your information
Google receives data when you accept analytics, when you use the chat assistant, and when fonts load. Our team receives your contact form details and any details you leave in the chat. The companies that host this website and deliver our email handle data on our behalf.
Your choices and rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent, by emailing info@hyraconnect.com. We will respond to your request. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may also have the right to contact the relevant data protection authority.
How long we keep it
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes above or to meet legal obligations.
Changes to this page
If we change how we handle personal data on this website, we will update this page and the date below.
